At Eden Mansion, we take great pride in every piece we offer. If for any reason your order isn't quite what you expected, we want to make the returns process as clear and straightforward as possible. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. We are unable to accept any requests made outside of this period, so please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as a concern arises with your order.
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items, provided the product is returned in its original, brand new condition. All items must be completely unused and sent back in their original packaging with every accessory, tag, and document intact. Only new, unused items are eligible for return — any item that shows signs of use or is missing its original components may be declined upon inspection.
The cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return via a tracked postal service of your choice, as we are unable to accept liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please note that your original delivery charge is non-refundable. We do not apply any restocking charges to any returned orders.
To get the process started, please send us an email at support@edenmansion.com with your order number and the reason for your return. A member of our team will come back to you with a return authorisation and full instructions on how to proceed. Once authorised, please repack your item securely in its original packaging and post it to the address provided using a tracked delivery service.
Once your return arrives with us, we will carry out a condition check to confirm the item meets our return criteria. Upon approval, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow a little additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the funds on their end.

A small number of products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene or safety reasons. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated within the product listing before you complete your purchase.
